Authentic R.A. Jones CMV Spare Parts
These parts range in condition from new – never used, to good, to very condition.

  The “lot” of parts includes:

• Three (3) full sets (plus some extra parts) of top and bottom belt tucker assemblies

• A full set of inner and outer chain guides for a three ft. Jones CMV extension – never used.

• A number of flap folding components – mostly tuck, but some for glue closure – with mounting boards.

• Jones CMV bottom flap deboss code dater assembly – Five inch (5”) pitch – never used.

• A second Jones CMV bottom flap deboss code dater assembly – Six inch (6”) pitch–
  minimally used and in very good condition. 

• Four Jones CMV code heads for bottom flap deboss code dater assembly

a)  Two (2) five inch (5”) pitch head, each with 2 lines, 12 characters per line;
b)  One (1) five inch (5”) pitch head, with 1 line, 12 characters per line;
c)  One (1) four inch (4”) pitch head, with 2 lines, 10 characters per line;

• A number of various size (5” and 6”) vertical and horizontal star wheels.

• Several legs for load area extensions

• A seven ft. (7’) load area extension for the standard Jones CMV

• A five ft. (5’) load area extension for the standard Jones CMV

• A variety of miscellaneous Jones CMV parts: “fingers” on the main carton transport chain brackets, carton hopper parts, plows, etc.

Nordson Hot Melt Glue System

• Model 2304, pn 276034 interfaced with the Nordson Automatic Meter Feeder (pre-melt), which comes with its own stand and a 3.0 kva transformer. 

• This unit was acquired by BSR directly from the original purchaser, a major international pharmaceutical company.

• This system is appropriate for gluing for 4 flap, shift proof, or case packing, especially with the pre-melt feeder that gives additional glue capacity. 

• The system is in excellent, like new condition
